Feather hat band with strap

Feather hat band. Strip of feathers you can wrap around your hats. length 23" thiner band width 1/2" regular width 1" These bands have a ribbon back holding the feather together and a ribbon thin strap on each end of each side to tie a knot. Allowing you room for larger hats.
